Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms & conditions
Delivery
We aim to deliver all products within 4 – 7 working days unless otherwise stated. If for any reason your goods are not available within this timescale we will immediately contact you. If you do not wish to wait we will refund you in full immediately by the same method you made the initial payment.
Cancellation & Returns
You have a right to cancel your order for goods from the date of the contract and up to 7 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods, and if all products are un-used, undamaged and in their original packing. We will return your money within 30 days of receipt of cancellation. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are faulty or different from what you ordered, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to reject the goods for a full refund. We will provide a refund as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund.
Your Agreement With Us
We will confirm acceptance of your order as soon as possible, either by email (if your order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your order is placed over the telephone). A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT, the actual rate of VAT would be that rate applicable at the time of purchase. Goods may be paid for by secure credit card transaction, by telephone, personal cheque or building society cheque. There are no extra charges for credit card payments. Though kids-chairs.co.uk will endeavour that all prices on our web site are accurate errors may occur. We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices. Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in pricing or the effect it has upon your computer.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If we discover an error in a description we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
