How to order
We have designed our online store so that you can browse through our range of products and buy with ease.
Ordering online through our secure ordering system is the easiest way to place an order with kids-chairs.co.uk.
Once you have found the product you wish to buy and selected the fabric from the drop-down menu, click on the 'Add to cart' button. This will then transfer you to your personal shopping basket. Please note that your order cannot be processed by us unless you have chosen your fabric. To view our fabric samples click here
From here you can select the quantity of the product which you have chosen and then, either proceed to 'Checkout' or carry on browsing our store by clicking the 'Continue Shopping' button.
If you would like to order more items you can continue shopping as your shopping basket will store your items that you have selected. If you wish to proceed to the checkout and purchase your orders, simply select the 'Checkout' button at the top right hand corner of the page at any time.
We use Protx as our payment processor, which provide high levels of security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Your credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions and is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.
Once you have finished shopping and proceeded to the 'Checkout' you will be asked about your preferred method of payment. You can pay using your credit/debit card. We accept all major credit/debit cards which you will see listed at the bottom of the page.
Once you have completed all of the relevant stages, with the correct information, your order will be immediately processed by us.
